Field descriptions

  • usage_limit – Sets a limit on how many pricing submissions a user can make before being prompted to enter their email to continue accessing additional rate results.
  • fees_modal_disabled – Disables access to the itemized fees modal, preventing users from viewing the detailed fee breakdown for each rate scenario.
  • google_login_enabled – Enables Google Sign-In, allowing users to validate and autofill their email address through their Google account.
  • subscription_cta_enabled – Displays a call-to-action (CTA) allowing the user to opt in to receive ongoing rate subscription emails.
  • featured_rates_tab_enabled – Shows a curated list of featured rates that are closest to the target price, helping users quickly identify the most competitive options.
  • exclude_govt_programs – Filters out government-backed loan programs (such as FHA, VA, or USDA) from the displayed rate results.
  • max_results – Limits the number of total rate options shown to the user in the table to ensure a focused and user-friendly experience.
  • mortgage_terms – Allows you to remove or exclude specific mortgage programs (e.g., 15-year fixed, ARM products) from being displayed in the rate table.
  • sort_by_default – Sets the default sort order of rate results.
    Options include:
    • relevance – Based on system-calculated match to target scenario.
    • low_rate – Sort by lowest interest rate.
    • low_apr – Sort by lowest annual percentage rate.
    • low_monthly_payment – Sort by lowest monthly payment.
    • low_upfront_costs – Sort by lowest upfront closing costs.
  • defaults – Change the defaults on the rate table. Bold is the default.
