  1. Create the BankingBridge Rate Alert stage.
    1. Create a new stage within the My Loans pipeline named BankingBridge Rate Alert (or a similar variation).
    2. Confirm with the user which stage they prefer for triggering (customizable per client if needed).

📘

This stage is critical — it triggers when a lead should enter the Engage automation workflows.

  1. Populate a test lead to ensure proper validation and mapping for the Engage platform.
    1. Create a test lead and move it into the BankingBridge Rate Alert stage.
    2. Populate all required fields listed in Step 3.
  2. Add required fields for postback data. Make sure the following three postback fields exist in the CRM to capture post-subscription data:
    1. Dashboard URL: Link to the lead’s personalized rate dashboard.
    2. Loan Summary Image: URL link to the loan summary image file (JPEG or PDF).
    3. Subscription ID: Unique BankingBridge subscription identifier.
  3. Ensure that the setup is complete. The RAD CRM support team must confirm:
    1. The API key is delivered.
    2. The required BankingBridge fields are active.
    3. The BankingBridge Rate Alert stage has been created.
    4. Test lead submission has been performed.

Once the setup completion is confirmed, BankingBridge will finalize the integration and activate the Engage features.

📘

Important notes:

  • RAD CRM expects clients to confirm when and at what stage leads should trigger the Engage automation.
  • It's recommended to attend a RAD CRM weekly workshop if additional support is needed.
  • Always validate the setup with one full test lead before going live.
